TX State Association of Fire Fighters and Lubbock Professional Fire Fighters Association Endorse Perry

LUBBOCK, TX – Today, the Texas State Association of Fire fighters (TSAFF) and Lubbock Professional Fire fighters Association endorsed Rep. Charles Perry for State Senate.
In their letter, the TSAFF President, Guy Turner said the following: “Due to your strong support of public safety, fire fighters and other first responders it is my pleasure to give you our unqualified endorsement.”
The Texas State Association of Fire Fighters is comprised of more than 170 local associations with almost 14,000 members statewide.

Jay Watson, President of the Lubbock Professional Fire Fighters Association said the following: “Over the last four years, Charles’ open door policy with us has allowed us the opportunity to get to know him and share our concerns. In a day when we watch our national leaders refuse to work to solve problems and instead create gridlock, Perry’s common sense approach and Christian values equip him to work with others to fix problems. We kindly ask that you please stand with us and support Perry in the upcoming election.”

In addition to these endorsements, last week, Perry received an endorsement from the National Rifle Association, which rarely get involved in contested races without an incumbent. He has also been endorsed by Texans for Fiscal Responsibility, Texas Right to Life, Young Conservatives of Texas, Texas Home School Coalition, Conservative Republicans of Texas and others throughout the district and state.
